Confirm OnDemand EMEA - Errors with Street Works Transfers
We are investigating an issue where some users are getting http 429 errors when Street Works are transferred between Confirm and Street Manager. When this happens Confirm retries and transfers the data successfully. This is a top priority and we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If you are experiencing this issue, you can access your system by using the matching 'theworxhub.com' web address instead (for example, 'clientname.theworxhub.com'). This happens when the number of requests reaches a maximum within a given period and Confirm retries transfers that fail.
