Cisco Umbrella - [Planned Maintenance] API, Umbrella Global - EU App Discovery - From 2026-09-26 16:00 UTC to 2026-09-26 20:00 UTC
Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Umbrella platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance. Maintenance Details Cisco will perform a regional cutover for App Discovery services in the EU region as part of ongoing platform updates. Date and Time September 26th, 16:00 UTC to September 26th, 20:00 UTC Impact During the maintenance window, EU customers using App Discovery, App Risk Profile, and Third-Party Apps pages can experience brief, intermittent errors, timeouts, or degraded responses. App Discovery public APIs, Risk Profile APIs, Third-Party Apps APIs, and related Reporting APIs can also temporarily return errors, incomplete responses, or time out. The impact is expected to be intermittent during the transition, not continuous. Existing sessions are not intentionally terminated, but in-flight requests or reconnecting sessions can fail. Recovery is expected automatically after the transition completes. Users can refresh the page or retry failed requests, and API clients can retry failed API requests. This maintenance is limited to EU-region App Discovery services. Data Centers Umbrella Global - EU Components API We're Here to Help If you have questions, please visit our Support page or contact your Cisco representative.

Cisco is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable experience. To ensure our Cisco Secure Connect platform continues to meet your needs, we will be performing maintenance. Maintenance Details We are performing maintenance on Remote Access (Client) services to support software updates, certificate infrastructure updates, and ongoing service reliability improvements. Date and Time September 17th, 21:00 UTC to September 18th, 01:00 UTC Impact During the scheduled maintenance window, users at sites with higher traffic volumes may experience degraded traffic throughput for approximately 15 minutes. This temporary degradation is expected as tunnel configurations synchronise. No user action or mitigation is required, and normal traffic throughput will automatically resume once the synchronisation completes. Data Centers United Kingdom: lon1.edc
Netherlands: ams1.edc Components Remote Access (Client) We're Here to Help If you have questions, please visit our Support page or contact your Cisco representative.
