MKE1 Network Maintenance - Mac Mini Vault "AAM", "V" & "AAK" Cabinets
CyberLynk engineers will be performing a planned network maintenance event within our Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE1) Datacenter. The uplinks serving the network switches in the Mac Mini Vault "AAM", "V", and "AAK" cabinets will be migrated to new core network equipment. Customers should expect a period of network downtime during the maintenance window while this migration is completed, approximately 20 minutes per cabinet. We ask that you plan for the full maintenance window in the event work runs long. Our goal is to successfully complete the work and restore connectivity as quickly as possible within the stated window. The maintenance will begin with the "AAM" cabinet, followed by the "V" cabinet, followed by the "AAK" cabinet. For customers with services in multiple cabinets, only one will be offline at a time. Mac services with a hostname of "aamx-x" and "aamxx-x", "vx-x" and "vxx-x", and "aakx-x" and "aakxx-x" will be affected, where "x" represents a number (for example, aam24-1). If you are unsure whether your services are affected, hostnames of your Mac mini(s) and/or Mac Studio(s) can be found in our client portal: https://secure.cyberlynk.net/ If you require further information, please feel free to email support@cyberlynk.net. Our support ticket system will be staffed during this maintenance and if you have any questions please reply to the maintenance email that was sent to affected customers.
