Webhook certificate replacement
During this maintenance window, we will deploy new webhook certificates for the following common names: gateway.idnow.de This change will not require any downtime, and service availability and performance will not be affected. Please note that the next scheduled webhook certificate replacement will take place in March 2027, in accordance with the shorter certificate validity periods defined by the current TLS Baseline Requirements. Dear customer, We would like to inform you that one of our eID technology partners Authada will undergo scheduled maintenance. IDnow customers using the Authada integration for eID will experience increased latency or short interruptions of the IDnow eID service. The primary eID technology provider Governikus meanwhile is not affected and will continue to operate as normal. VideoIdent & eSign as well as AutoIdent will continue to operate as usual.
