Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice Release includes the following: • AI Agents - This release resolves an issue affecting patient lookup by phone number for practice management integrations, ensuring the AI voice agent can accurately identify and retrieve patient information during inbound calls. No downtime is expected for this release. All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing. All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures.
