MS Exchange Online email scanning delayed in US and EU

We are currently experiencing a delay in MS Exchange Online email scanning that is estimated to 10-30 minutes. To mitigate the issue, the MailScanService was restarted on the SFC machines. We are currently waiting for the new TTL settings to take full effect and for the scanning process to return to normal operation. The root cause of the issue has not yet been identified and is currently under investigation.

    Please be aware that between September 14 and September 18 2026, selected customers will be transitioned from ESET Business Account (EBA) to ESET PROTECT Hub (EPH) as part of the ongoing platform migration. During the migration period, affected users may experience a brief interruption when accessing ESET Business Account. In some cases, users who are logged in during the migration may temporarily see a maintenance page while the transition is completed. The migration is designed to minimize disruption, and any temporary unavailability of ESET Business Account is expected to last only a few minutes. Security services and customer protection remain fully operational throughout the migration period. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
